Good and Easy Mexican Rice
Ingredients
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 1 heaping tablespoon Knorr chicken bouillon
- 1 packet Goya Cilantro y Tomate (cilantro and tomato)
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- Brown rice in a small amount of oil.
- Add bouillon and the Goya packet.
- Add 2 cups water and bring to a boil. Cover, and let simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
Notes
You can double or triple the recipe.
Do not add the Goya packet if you want white rice.
