Good and Easy Mexican Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • 1 heaping tablespoon Knorr chicken bouillon
  • 1 packet Goya Cilantro y Tomate (cilantro and tomato)
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Brown rice in a small amount of oil.
  2. Add bouillon and the Goya packet.
  3. Add 2 cups water and bring to a boil. Cover, and let simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.

Notes

You can double or triple the recipe.

Do not add the Goya packet if you want white rice.
