1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1 cup frozen raspberries without syrup, thawed
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons orange juice
Vanilla cookies
Blend cottage cheese, raspberries, honey and juice in electric blender or food processor container until smooth. Refrigerate until serving time.
Serve as a dip with wafers.
