Toffee Apple Dip recipe

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (10 ounce) package English toffee or Heath bits
3 Granny Smith apples

In a bowl with an electric mixer, mix cream cheese, sugars and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in toffee bits. Cut and slice apples and serve along side the dip. (Dip apple slices in Sprite or 7-Up to keep from browning.)
