Hot Wing Cheese Dip recipe

1 cup chunky blue cheese dressing
1/4 to 1/2 cup red hot sauce
1 cup Monterey jack shredded cheese
2 large cans canned chicken breast
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese

Mix together and put in a crock pot or cook on stove top until consistent with your preference for texture.
