1 1/2 cups cold milk
2 cups frozen fruit, such as peaches,
blueberries or raspberries
In blender or smoothie machine, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately in chilled glasses.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
Sherbet Smoothies recipe
2 pints lemon sherbet, softened1 1/2 cups cold milk
2 cups frozen fruit, such as peaches,
blueberries or raspberries
