Festive Berry Champagne Punch
2 cans (12 ounces each) frozen cranberry-raspberry juice concentrate
1 can (12 ounces) frozen cranberry juice cocktail concentrate, thawed
2 bottles (750 ml each) champagne*, chilled
In punch bowl, combine juice concentrates; chill completely. Just before
serving, stir in champagne.
*For non-alcoholic punch, substitute 2 bottles (32 ounces each) chilled club soda
for champagne.
Makes 15-20 servings
