1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 medium jicama, cut into 1/4-inch slices
6 oranges, peeled and sliced
6 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
8 cups bite-size pieces salad greens
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1. To make dressing, in small bowl, mix orange juice, honey and cinnamon until well blended.
2. Cut jicama into star shapes using small star-shaped cookie cutter. In large serving bowl, place jicama stars, oranges and kiwifruit. Add salad greens and dressing; toss to mix. Sprinkle with cranberries.

Heavenly Mixed Greens with Fruit recipe
Makes 12 servings1/2 cup orange juice
