Bingo Bars recipe

3 eggs
2 cups granulated sugar
1 1/4 cups oil
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 small jar strained applesauce baby food
1 small jar strained apricots baby food
1 small jar strained carrots baby food
1 cup chopped pecans

Beat eggs and add sugar. Mix well. Add oil and blend.

Sift together the dry ingredients. Combine baby foods in a bowl. Alternately add baby food to egg and sugar mixture. Bake in greased and floured 10 x 15-inch jellyroll pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes.

Icing:
3 ounces cream cheese
3 tablespoons margarine
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 tablespoon milk
2 cups confectioners’ sugar

Mix well and spread on cooled bars.
