Cooling off in the summertime can be sweet and low in calories with just a little extra effort in the kitchen. Most of us love to indulge in frozen sweet treats like ice cream or frothy coffee drinks, but sometimes those calories can add up and leave us feeling less than great.
Strawberries are full of nutrients and only about 50 calories per cup. Dietitian and author, Mitzi Dulan, created this two-ingredient Skinny Strawberry Sorbet that will satisfy that sweet tooth, give a boost of natural energy and help you feel and look great!
This sorbet is made with fresh and frozen strawberries - that's it! The other great part, is that all that's needed is a blender.
