Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Cookies
Remove chocolate chips from jar and set aside.
Combine remaining contents of jar with 1/3 cup butter until well blended. Press even amounts of the mixture onto the bottoms of lightly buttered mini muffin tins.
Melt one cup of the chocolate chips and set aside to cool.
In a mixer, beat 3 (8 ounce) packages softened cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk and the melted chocolate and stir until smooth. Add 3 eggs and 2 teaspoons vanilla extract and mix in thoroughly. Spoon the batter into the prepared cups. Top with the remaining chips. Bake in a preheated 300 degrees F oven for about 15 to 20 minutes or until set. Let cool and refrigerate.
* Put these into a zip-top bag before packing into the jar.
