1 cup lemonade
1/4 cup granulated sugar
10 small paper cups (3 or 5 ounce)
Aluminum foil
10 popsicle sticks
Rinse the berries and remove the green stems.
Put into a blender with the lemonade and sugar. Puree until smooth. Pour into small cups and top with a square of foil. Make a small slit in the foil and insert a popsicle stick into each. Freeze until firm.
Makes 10 small pops.
Raspberry Creamsicle Variation: Instead of 1 cup strawberries, 1 cup lemonade and 1/4 cup sugar, use 2 cups fresh raspberries, blackberries or diced peaches, 2 cups vanilla yogurt and 2 tablespoons sugar.
