Wessonality Fried Chicken recipe

3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 pounds chicken pieces
1 egg beaten with 2 tablespoons water
3 cups Wesson Oil

Combine flour, salt, paprika and pepper in a bag. Shake chicken pieces, a few at a time, in bag. Dip chicken in egg-water mixture. Shake in flour mixture again. Fry in 12-inch skillet in Wesson Oil heated to 375 degrees F for 20 to 30 minutes, turning once.

Makes 6 servings.
