Special Rum Coffee Pie
50 large marshmallows
1 cup strong coffee
6 tablespoons rum
1 pint whipping cream, whipped stiff
Ladyfingers
1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped stiff
Toasted slivered almonds
Melt marshmallows in a saucepan lightly sprayed with Pam. Add coffee and
rum.
When cool, fold the mixture into one pint of whipped cream. Pour it into
a pie pan that has been lined with ladyfingers. Top with 1/2 pint whipped cream,
and sprinkle with almonds.
