Whipped Raspberry Soup recipe

This is a wonderful Northwest Indian recipe.

1 quart raspberries, washed and drained
1/2 cup honey

Place the berries in an electric mixing bowl along with the honey. Mash the berries and then whip them until they are light. Chill well before serving.
