Creamy Jalapeno Dressing

1 cup sour cream
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 jalapeno pepper, stemmed, seeded, and minced
3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped (no stems)
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for several hours before serving to blend flavors.
