1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup fresh salsa
Combine mustard, vinegar and olive oil and whisk together thoroughly. Add salsa and whisk until blended.
